Offering asana led classes based on her multi-discipline teachings of Hatha, Vinyasa and breath-work to group, corporate and private classes in the Central and West London area.

Eager to share the beauty of this practice with others and observing the transformative qualities of a regular yoga practice from an early age, over five years ago she decided to delve deeper and teach yoga so I could pass on what I have learned in the hope that it may benefit others too. 

Classes are held in Notting Hill and West London, and you can book online or drop in. She also offers workshops in venues and private 1-2-1 sessions.
